Homework: 

1. Go to the "Things to think about" link above and answer questions 1, 3 and 5. Place your answers in Canvas email.
2. In "Making Sense of Place," describe the impact of human "built environments" upon the natural environment of the surrounding desert.
3. What is the importance of built environments?.
4. Referring to the video "Making Sense of Place: Phoenix the Urban Desert," review the study guide entitled Making Sense of Place: Phoenix: The Urban Desert, and go to the study the discussion questions beginning on page 12. In Part I answer questions 3-5. In Part II answer question 5. In Part III answer question 4. Then submit all of your answers to the instructor via Canvas Email.
