Presbyterian in Aiken

Topic: What It Means to be a Member of First Presbyterian Church, Aiken

This session is designed to acquaint or reacquaint you with what it means to be Presbyerian at First Presbyterian Church of Aiken. Start with the reading below (under "resources") entitled "Being Presbyterian." They review "About First Presbyterian Church of Aiken" and the church's history. This should give you a sense of what it is like "Being Presbyterian" at FPCA. You might also want to review the publications of the senior pastor Brian Coulter. It is unusual to have a young minister who is already so well published. Understanding what interests Pastor Coulter can give you some insight into what he values in his ministry. Also infcluded are some links for the church's newsletter and wedding and funeral / memorial service guidelines as a point of information.

After you have done your reading you might want to sample some of the videos below that give you a glimpse of what the public sees when they come to worship or hear Pastor Coulter online.
